Returns & Refund Policy

1. Originals

At this time, I do not accept returns on original artwork.

Please keep in mind that I bring old frames back to life. Sometimes the frame itself will have some wear and tear to it. These add character and depth to the art itself. I will not take a return back due to the frame having minimal distress (aka character).

If the frame is making you unsure, please reach out to me directly and I can either send you more photos of the frame itself, or potentially switch it for another frame.

2. Prints

If for some reason you are unhappy with the print you received, please reach out to me. Let me know the reason for the return and, most likely, I can get you a return label and refund within just a matter of days. This does need to be done within 30 days of the original delivery date.

2. Damaged Items

I want you to love your new art piece! If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, please contact me right away.

You must report the issue within 30 days of receiving your order.

Please include your order number and clear photos showing the problem.

Once verified, I can arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.

3. Lost or Undelivered Packages

If your package hasn’t arrived within a reasonable time frame, please contact me.

Claims for lost packages must be submitted within 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

6. How to Submit a Return or Issue Report

To report a damaged, defective, or lost item, please reach out to me via the contact page.
Include:

Your full name

Order number

Description of the issue

Photos of the item (if applicable)
